Hot out of my InBox and my RSS feeds, some potentially interesting snips crossed my path this week:
WallStats site is "reborn"
Jess Bachman, one of my favorite info-artists, has changed the whole look of his blog and web site. Page and web designers will enjoy this posting with his before and after pics, along with detail about the reasoning behind his new format. (Looks to me like he's been spending time around the work of Steve (Don't Make Me Think) Krug.) While you are at the WallStats site, you might also enjoy his latest, a lightening-fast-forward video replay of how he built this one poster frame by frame:

- Speaking of favorite info-artists, Jessica Hagy (Indexed) made me laugh again today:
- Hot Jobs in Tech (They Say)
Channel Insider claims plenty of 6-figure jobs in IT, product development and marketing are still out there if you have the right skills. Read more about it here. Same source has an article claiming to debunk the value of netbooks (me, I am still drooling for one myself).
- Interesting Job Board
Speaking of jobs again, e-lancers and others seeking creative employment might enjoy a gander at AuthenticJobs.com.
- Way-Cool Demo Reel
And on the topic of jobs in creative arts, Eric Keller, a scientific and special effects animator, has one of the coolest demo reels I've seen recently. They're doing some very cool things out there at the edges where science and art are converging with increasing speed. Eric tells me that as a result of fine-tuning such illustrations to make them technically accurate (don't ask him how often they aren't), that researchers are also refining their take on how some bio systems operate once they can watch the dynamic interplay of the elements.
And last, but not least, in case you missed this from Google on Wednesday:
Cognitive Autoheuristic Distributed-Intelligence Entity
take a gander here. Be sure to click on its link to "homepage." And if you're still not entirely sure what it means or why I am sharing it, Google on the term "Cadie" and see what comes back.
Gotcha.

Different people all over the world get the loans from various banks, because that's comfortable and fast.
